Who We Are
Diabetes Partnership of Cleveland (formerly the Diabetes Association of Greater Cleveland) was founded in 1954 and is a local and independent nonprofit organization. One hundred percent of donations to Diabetes Partnership of Cleveland remain in Northeast Ohio.

We have four diabetes educators on staff (two registered dietitians, a registered dietetic technician, and a registered nurse) who are right here, ready to help you with your diabetes needs.
