Planned Giving

Planned Giving enables you to give gifts of assets to Diabetes Partnership of Cleveland during your lifetime, or through a will or testamentary instrument. Planned gifts provide enhanced tax benefits and some return on income to the donor.

Generally, Planned Giving gifts are either gifts that benefit you or your family for a period of time with the remainder passing to Diabetes Partnership of Cleveland after that period of time or gifts that are included in your estate plan. These types of planned gifts are in essence your legacy to northeast Ohio and to DAGC.

Through making a planned gift, you will become a member of our Endowment Society. Our Endowment Society is dedicated to protecting Diabetes Partnership of Cleveland's future through ensuring its financial security and enabling Diabetes Partnership of Cleveland to continue to serve the needs of people with diabetes in the years to come.
