Diabetes Partnership is grateful to people and groups in the community who hold fundraisers to support our mission. Below is a list of current community-based fundraisers to benefit Diabetes Partnership of Cleveland. • RESCHEDULED! Bocce Tournament to Benefit Diabetes Partnership of Cleveland
  
  When: Rescheduled to Saturday, February 11 from 9am to 9pm and Sunday, February 12 from 9am to 6pm
  
  Where: Freeway Lanes 28801 Euclid Ave, Wickliffe OH 44092
  
  How: 15% of the tournament registration fee will be donated to Diabetes Partnership of Cleveland! Stay tuned for more details.

• Nautica Charity Poker Festival
  
  When: Tuesday, December 13 and Wednesday, December 14, 2011 from 4:00 PM to Midnight
  
  Where: 2249 Elm Street, Cleveland OH 44113
  
  How: Join us for two nights of poker at the Nautica Charity Poker Festival to benefit Diabetes Partnership of Cleveland. Volunteer Texas Hold'em dealers are needed (no experience required). Click the above link for more information.
