Who We Are
Diabetes Association of Greater Cleveland (DAGC), founded in 1954, is a local and independent nonprofit organization, not affiliated with the American Diabetes Association or the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. One hundred percent of donations to DAGC remain in Northeast Ohio.
DAGC has four diabetes educators on staff (two registered dietitians, a registered dietetic technician, and a registered nurse) who are right here, ready to help you with your diabetes needs.

Diabetes Association of Greater Cleveland's mission is to improve the lives of people affected by diabetes by leading the Northeast Ohio community in its prevention, management and cure.
