To qualify for all prizes, pledges must be turned in by Tuesday, April 22, 2008 (postmarked by Monday, April 21, 2008).

FREE Ticket to May 10th Cleveland Indians game against the Toronto Blue Jays (7:05pm at Progressive Field) for $100+ in collected pledges. This also is Sizemore Fleece Blanket giveaway night! Discounted tickets for family members and friends will be available. You must order your free ticket and additional tickets on this website after the event. Order form will be available from April 4, 2008 through April 22, 2008. Pledges must be turned in by Tuesday, April 22, 2008 (postmarked by Monday, April 21, 2008).

Please Note: The t-shirt, free ticket, and parade the field are cumulative prizes, meaning that you receive all three if you reach the $200+ prize level. The prizes listed in the table below are not cumulative. Only one prize per participant.

Attention Camp Ho Mita Koda Campers, Families, and Friends!
Swim with your friends at the designated camp pool: Solon High School on Saturday, April 5, 2008 and Sunday, April 6, 2008 from 12-3pm. The highest money earner among children with diabetes, ages 6-15, will win a one-week campership!
School Prize - Pep Rally at Your School with Slider!
The elementary, middle, or high school that collectively raises the most money for the Verizon Wireless Swim for Diabetes will receive a visit from Slider at your school on a mutually agreeable date. Winning school will also receive an award plaque. Participants must indicate school name on registration form. Registrants in this category are not eligible for general team prizes outlined below. Team Prizes - See your names on the Jumbotron!
The Team with the highest fundraising average per member will receive autographed baseballs for up to 6 team members. The team with the most swimmers and the team with the most overall money raised will receive recognition on the scoreboard at Swim for Diabetes Night at Progressive Field and will receive award plaques (one per team).
We encourage all team swimmers to swim at the same pool, but this isn't a requirement. To be eligible for team prizes, all swimmers must indicate team name when registering. Swimmers are eligible for team prizes as well as individual prizes.
