When is the Swim?
The event is taking place Friday, Saturday, Sunday, April 8, 9, 10, 2011 at more than 45 indoor pool locations throughout Northeast Ohio. Register today to start your online fundraising efforts!
What is this event about?
The Swim for Diabetes, now in its 26th year, is the major fundraiser for Diabetes Partneship of Cleveland. Participants may participate as an individual or a team and collect donations per length or flat donations to support their participation in the event. Ask your family, friends, and coworkers to sponsor you or, better yet, ask them to join you in the pool and form a team!
We encourage you to register online so you can get a head start on your fundraising.
Every dollar you raise stays right here in Northeast Ohio so that those affected by diabetes receive the support they need to live well with the disease. Services include diabetes education and support programs and Camp Ho Mita Koda for children with diabetes.
