Here are some healthier food choices selected by the Camp dietitian and inspired by Diabetic Cooking and Cooking Light magazines. 

Let's start with the favorite snack of all times - PB&G's!  Simple, but oh so delicious!  How many times did you go to the Dispensary to get one?

PBG’s   (peanut butter and graham crackers)


2 tablespoons Peanut Butter and  1 whole graham cracker (2 ½” x 5” piece)


Break graham cracker in half.  Spread peanut butter on one half.  Cover it with other graham cracker half.  Freeze.  To freeze, wrap in saran wrap or put in zip lock bag in freezer
