African American Family Reunion Program

The Diabetes Association of Greater Cleveland will provide FREE information for you to give out at your next family reunion.

For people living in the Greater Cleveland area, contact us at 216-591-0800 with the date of the reunion and the number of families (not people) and children attending. We will assemble the information for you to pick up. Information cannot be mailed.
